I don't live in Los Angeles any more but I grew up in Los Feliz. I became a client of Henry and Eugene when my brother and I chose them to help us sell our mother's house in Los Feliz, who passed in August.
Selling a house under such circumstances could be a nightmare, but Eugene (my primary contact through the process) made things as painless as could be. He went the extra mile in so many ways to help us handle the process. He and Henry assessed the property and came up with a good game plan very quickly. They had a squad of people on hand to help with so much: cleaning and junk removal, repair work, landscaping, and some light remodeling.
Our house sale closed less than two months after we put it on the market, even after the delays caused by the structural problems. We got a great price for it. We are very grateful for the kind, professional, and extremely skilled work that Eugene and Henry did on our behalf.
